We are hiring for two exciting positions: Chef and Pastry Chef specialising in Vietnamese cuisine for our Vietnamese restaurant.

Chef Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare a diverse menu of traditional and contemporary Vietnamese dishes.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety standards.
Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Create and implement new menu items and specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
Design and prepare a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Develop new and innovative dessert offerings that complement our restaurant’s menu.
Oversee the daily operations of the pastry section, including inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Ensure all pastries and desserts are consistently of high quality and presented beautifully.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create harmonious menus and special event offerings.
Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef or Pastry Chef, preferably in a similar setting.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and pastry techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Creative flair with a passion for culinary arts and innovation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
At least 1 year experience working in Vietnamese cruisine.
